about

"Sheepshead Bay, May 20, 2012" is part of Craig Shepard's 91 day project On Foot: Brooklyn, during which he walked 780 miles in New York City, traveling exclusively on foot. Each week, he wrote a new piece of music. On Sunday, May 20, 2012, he lead a silent, cell-phone free walk to Sheepshead Bay in Brooklyn, and performed this piece with Devin Maxwell. The track contains a field recording made in Downtown Brooklyn at the Times Triangle across from the Atlantic Terminal.
